Privacy statement

The protection of your personal data in connection with your visit to my website is important to me. In this privacy statement, users receive information about the nature, extent and purpose of the collection and use of their data, which is collected and used by the responsible provider.

The German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG), as well as the General Data Protection regulation (DSGVO) form the statutory framework for data protection.

Every time this offer is accessed, information is automatically collected on my part, as well as by the web space provider 1&1 Internet SE. This information, also referred to as server-logfiles, is of a general nature and it is not possible to draw any personal references from it.

First and foremost, the collected data includes: name of the website, file, date, data amount, browser and browser version, operating system, name of the domain of your internet provider, the so-called referrer URL (the website from which you accessed my offer) and the encrypted IP-address.

Without this data, it would in some cases be technically impossible to provide and display the content of the website. This is why the collection of this data is absolutely necessary. Furthermore, I reserve myself the right to use the anonymous data for statistical purposes. This helps me to improve the offer and procedures. I also reserve myself the right to check the log-files retrospectively in cases of suspected unlawful use of my offer.

Art. 6. para. 1 lit. f DSGVO forms the legal basis for the collection of server-logfiles. The functionality of the website, carrying out security analyses and preventing threats, lies in the justified interests of the company.

Data minimisation

In accordance with the principals of data avoidance and data minimisation, I only save personal data as long as it is necessary or prescribed by law (statutory storage period). If the purpose of the stored information lapses or the storage period ends, I will block or delete the data. If you provide me with personal data, I will only use it to answer your queries and process contracts which I have concluded with you.

Data protection

In principal, the use of my website is possible without stating any personal data. In case personal data (for instance email addresses) is collected, this always happens on a voluntary basis, as far as possible. This data is not passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

Please note that data transmission via the internet (e.g. email communication) may have security flaws. It is not possible to completely protect the data from access by third parties. If I receive an email from you, I assume that I am entitled to reply via email. If this is not the case, you must explicitly make reference to a different means of communication.

Any use of contact information released within the framework of imprint regulations by third parties for sending unsolicited advertisement and information material is hereby explicitly prohibited. I expressly reserve myself the right to take legal action in cases of sending unsolicited advertisement, for instance via spam mail.

Changes to my privacy statement

In order to guarantee that my privacy statement always corresponds with the legal requirements, I reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies if the privacy statement needs to be adjusted due to new or amended services, for instance new service features. The new privacy statement then applies on your next visit to my website.

Your right to information, rectification, blocking, deletion and objection

You have the right to receive information on request about the personal data stored by me at no charge and/or demand rectification, blocking or deletion. Exceptions: if mandatory data storage for business processing is concerned or the data is subject to statutory storage obligations.

In order to be able to carry out data blocking at any time, it is necessary to hold the data available in a lock file for control purposes. If no statutory archiving obligations exist, you can request the deletion of the data. Otherwise, I will block the data if asked to do so.

If you are unhappy about the way I handle the administration of personal data or are not satisfied with any part of the privacy statement, you have the right to make a complaint to the responsible supervisory authority.
